Design Studio
Our Studios are air-conditioned and equipped with drawing boards, storage cupboards, and display space. They have projection facilities for lectures and provisions for CAD design.
Library
Our well curated library includes reference books, e-books, CDs, international and national journals. The collection is intended to both inform and inspire students.
Lab
Our labs are well-equipped spaces that encourage students to experiment, get their hands dirty and nurture the maker in them.
Construction Yard
The construction yard is a playground for experiments in structure and materials. Students start learning construction details by building simple arches and walls.
Wood Workshop
Our well equipped wood-working workshop facility includes a full array of hand tools, table saws, drill presses, and other power tools. The shop is augmented by staff who support students in realizing a wide scope of projects.
Digital Studio & 3D Printing Lab
3D printing of models helps the students to use digital technology to communicate their ideas more effectively. An A1 plotter is available for on-campus printing.
Material Museum
A curated collection of material samples in this museum enables students to touch & manipulate the materials, comprehend material applications in design, stay updated with new innovations and be sensitive to the ecological impact of material use.
Climatology Lab & Survey Labs
In our fully equipped climatology lab, the students will learn to use equipment to record climatic factors, quantify it and understand its role in informing design decisions. Modern equipment available in the Surveying & Leveling Lab enables students to carry out field exercises. Students learn handling tools for site surveying, mapping, and marking. These activities also help them gain visual and spatial familiarity with distances and levels.
